Use cool water to rinse off because you never want to use warm or hot water on red/irritated/inflamed skin.

Use it nightly for severe rosacea or inflamed skin, and 2 to 3 times per week on skin that needs 'soothing maintenance'. Remember - COOL WATER ONLY!
